Regular attendance is essential for progress. Families are expected to provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Repeated missed sessions may result in service review or discharge.
Future Scholars Center follows all HIPAA regulations to protect client information. All records are kept secure and only shared with authorized individuals.
Caregiver involvement is required. Parents/guardians are expected to participate in training sessions and collaborate with the clinical team.
The safety of all clients is our top priority. Staff are trained in behavior management, de-escalation, and mandated reporting requirements.
We accept approved insurance providers and private pay. Families are responsible for understanding their coverage and any applicable copayments.
